All bookings to be secured with a 50% deposit as confirmation.
Balance of payment due at check – in.
30 days notice of cancellation required for refund of deposit.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival all deposits will be forfeited.
No shows will be charged in full/forfeit all monies paid.
Bookings must be secured with a deposit either by C/C or direct deposit.
Minimum bookings of 2 nights over week ends, three nights on long week ends.
Check in is at 14.00 and check out at 10.00
Additional guests (including children) cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
Pets are not permitted.
